PRESIDENT/CEO

Jack's journey in the framing industry spans over 20 years, marked by a remarkable ascent within RAS. Joining our team in early 2012, Jack's talents quickly caught the attention of Ron, the past president and founder. His adeptness in orchestrating large sites and coordinating multiple crews made him an invaluable asset to the company from the outset.

Jack's infectious enthusiasm and boundless energy uplift everyone around him, fostering a positive and dynamic work environment. Recognizing his immense potential, Jack was welcomed into the ranks of ownership in 2014. His dedication and leadership qualities continued to shine, culminating in his appointment as President and CEO of RAS in 2019.

Under Jack's guidance, RAS has reached new heights of success, propelled by his vision, expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence. His journey from a skilled professional to a respected leader exemplifies the ethos of growth and opportunity that defines our company culture. With Jack at the helm, RAS is poised for continued growth and innovation in the construction industry.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Matt's evolution with RAS is a testament to his dedication and leadership abilities. Joining the company in 2014 as a subcontractor, Matt quickly showcased his skills and commitment to excellence. Through his hard work and determination, he steadily ascended through the ranks, transitioning into a management role.

Recently, Matt has assumed the pivotal role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), where he oversees the day-to-day operations of the company with a strategic vision and a focus on efficiency and innovation. His leadership, combined with his extensive industry knowledge, positions him as a driving force behind RAS's continued success.

PROJECT MANAGER

Jace's journey as a carpenter began two decades ago when he earned his red seal journeyman carpenter ticket, marking the start of a diverse and extensive career in carpentry. For the past 11 years, he has been an integral part of the RAS team, serving as a project manager.

Jace's dedication to his craft and his unwavering commitment to RAS's success exemplify the qualities that define our company. As a trusted project manager, he plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality results for our clients, further solidifying RAS's reputation as a leader in the construction industry.

AREA MANAGER

Chris's tenure at RAS spans over two decades, having joined the company in 2001. From the outset, his natural leadership qualities and knack for fostering productivity became evident, quickly propelling him into roles of increasing responsibility.

As an area manager, Chris's calm demeanor and patient approach have earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues. His ability to maintain composure under pressure and effectively manage teams ensures smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Errin Aube brings a wealth of administrative expertise to RAS, having joined the team in July 2020 with a background in payroll. As an Administrative Assistant based in our Calgary, AB office, Errin plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

With over 13 years of administrative experience under her belt, Errin's versatility shines through as she seamlessly navigates various areas of the office and takes on new tasks and projects with enthusiasm. Her ability to adapt to changing demands and her proactive approach make her an invaluable asset to our team.
